WELCOME!
I’m here to create the space in which we can explore any difficult experiences you might have and to guide you through your journey of self-inquiry and to a compassionate holding of your authentic self. On this unique path I will be your fellow traveller, to hold your hand when it gets dark, to witness and mirror all that you discover, and to support you in bringing forth those buried treasures of truth and inner wisdom.
I’m a registered nurse, healthcare expert, Yoga teacher, and a certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner.

The most important reason why clients work with me rather than a psychiatrist or a psychotherapist is that they finally realise that there is nothing wrong with them, or their symptoms, that they are not broken or dysfunctional and in need of fixing. They realise that they are in fact already whole but have adapted to their experience of the world, that they have perfectly normal reactions to an unhealthy environment.

get better at feeling
it’s what happens inside you as a
result of what happened to you.
